This session is for first time Rolfing clients (even if you have received Rolfing by a different practitioner before seeing me). It consists of approximately 75 minutes of hands on work and 15 minutes for pre/post assessment and/or movement work. Please bring or wear appropriate attire - athletic shorts and a sports bra for women. Payment due at time of service.

90 minutes full body for 1st time lymphatic clients

NEW Client Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I use the Lonsdale Method for the 90 min full body session. This technique offers both deep and superficial touch, with strokes that are nurturing and effective in detoxifying the body. This is the length of session I would recommend starting with to get a baseline of your needs.

The shorter 60 min session is catered towards your unique needs. I will use the same techniques offered in the full body session, but will provide more detailed and time intensive work on the areas that need more attention.

The quick 30 min appointment is used to treat an existing client's localized, acute situation like a sprained ankle or sinus congestion to help you get back to feeling your best as soon as possible.

Lymphatic Drianage Massage

In this free consultation, we will discuss your health history, the experience of Rolfing or lymphatic drainage massage and it's benefits, and answer any questions you may have before scheduling a session. Please let me know if you would prefer this to be in person or over the phone.
